Minneapolis, Minnesota (WiredPRNews.com) — Immobel, a technology company that accurately translates the online real estate listings in 13 different languages, announced the launch of the International IDX Alliance, an online exchange for real estate professionals of the entire world to market.

The International IDX Alliance captures the alternatives offered by a highly global market of real estate fueled by the Internet in the wake of the sky scrapping demand for second homes. In addition, it launched its two prime American Realtor (R) associations characterizing more than 14,000 professionals of real estate and French FNAIM that characterize more than 1,700 property agents in Paris and neighboring areas.

The membership of IDX is open for all real estate associations, brokers, agents and MLS organizations.

Participating in alliance is straightforward:

-Members offer Immobel the feed of their listings which are translated into thirteen different languages by making use of Immobel’s proprietary system. It combines technology with human translators.
-The translated listings are later fed in the exchange platform of alliance listing
-Members may select the international listings they want to display on their websites.

According to Teresa King Kinney, the CEO of the Realtor Association of greater Miami and founding International Alliance member in the real estate market of Florida, more than 65% of the Realtors carried sales to international buyers last year.

With just a few dollars every month, Realtors can efficiently influence the Immobel portal and get their listings enthusiastically marketed by thousands of Alliance members interested in mutually brokering a sale.
