Online music and talk choices are expanding.

Fort Worth, TX (WiredPRNews.com)—The choices abound for online music whether you are searching for jazz, country, rock, pop, hip-hop, classical, R&B or just about anything in between.

Sites like Playlist, Pandora, Imeem, Slacker and MySpace Music all offer various ways of assembling music playlists to meet any taste. According to a September 29, 2008 Time.com article by Anita Hamilton, MySpace Music is the big player on the block with 17 million music listeners from its existing pool of 71 million social networking users.

Imeem is an up-and-coming site that lets users freely export playlists to blogs and other sites via an installable widget, according to the Time.com article. However, MySpace Music does not allow this.

Of course, you are not limited to music. Countless talk programs cover things such as sports, personal finance, gardening, politics and more. Most likely, your favorite local radio station has an online presence. Many have podcasts so you can listen at your convenience.

Of course, the titans of talk like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage and Laura Ingraham have long established themselves at the top of the talk radio world. However, other popular talk shows offer a wide array of opinion and entertainment. These include The Michael Medved Show, The Dennis Prager Show, The Monica Crowley Show, The Dennis Miller Show, Bill Bennett’s Morning in America, The Hugh Hewitt Show, The Jerry Doyle Show and The Greg Knapp Experience.
