Janet Napolitano New Selection for Homeland Security Post

As the speculation continues over whether Hilary Clinton will become the next Secretary of State, President Elect Barack Obama has been reported to have made a decision regarding another key post.
Wired PR News.com – As reported by POLITICO, the choice has been made for Arizona Governor, Janet Napolitano to serve as head of Homeland Security, according to Democrat officials.
Governor Napolitano is regarded as a highly visible political figure who supported Obama during his campaign. Currently in her second term as Arizona governor, Napolitano has long been anticipated to be a top choice for a spot on the Obama Administration cabinet.
Napolitano served as the first female attorney general in the state of Arizona. She was also named one of five top governors in America in TIME Magazine. In her new position as Secretary of Homeland Security, she will be responsible for policies on immigration and other vital functions.
