Obama Online Network Considered Essential for Agenda Support
The Internet may prove to be the Obama Administration’s best ally for political support.
Wired PR News.com – With so much talk over the cabinet choices and other picks for the Obama Administration, many have overlooked a major aspect of how the President Elect will be able to get the most widespread support for his agenda. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), a new study has revealed that a fourth of those who voted for Obama have expressed intentions of continuing their supportive initiatives for his Administration online. The number of names said to be on the President Elect’s political email list is reportedly approximately 13 million.
The study, a work of the Pew Internet and American Life Project, which is nonpartisan, was further noted to reveal that 62 percent of those who supported Obama would ask for support for his policies from other people.
The Internet is regarded as possibly the most powerful tool for the incoming Administration, giving them a big advantage over rival Republicans for meeting agenda goals.
