Rumors soar as many wonder about the fate of Dallas Cowboys player, Terrell Owens.
Wired PR News.com — Dallas Cowboys Wide Reciever Terrell Owens may possibly be cut from the organization. Recent speculation about Jerry Jones’ possible decision to remove him has many questioning the fate of the Cowboy’s team as a whole. The outcome is said to be influenced by Jerry’s son, Stephen Jones, who is also the organization’s Vice-President. Owens is known for his controversial character amongst team players, dated back to his days with the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles. It is reported that it could be very costly for the organization if Owens’ career with the Cowboys ends soon.
As reported by WCVB/DT Boston, according to sources from ESPN, the organization’s top priority is to improve locker room chemistry this upcoming season. Owens is reported to have had conflicts with teammates Tony Romo and Jason Witten, as well as Cowboy’s Offensive Coordinator Jason Garrett.
Owens ended the season with 10 touchdowns, as well as 69 receptions for 1,052 yards.
