A sequel to the hit movie Sex and the City has reportedly been confirmed, with all of the women on board.
Wired PR News.com – A Sex and the City sequel has reportedly been confirmed. As reported by E! Online, all four of the movie’s major stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall, and Cynthia Nixon have officially signed on to resume their roles in the blockbuster hit.
Many anticipated a sequel as the stars expressed being on board for one after the blockbuster success of the first movie made about the iconic television program; however, contracts had yet to be signed until this week. As quoted of a source in the E! Online report, “Everything was finalized yesterday afternoon.”
The movie is expected to be released during the summer of 2010. As noted by E! Online, the first Sex and City movie brought in approximately $58 million in ticket sales opening weekend.
