Justice Ginsburg Swift Return

The Supreme Court Justice intends on returning to court promptly after surgery.
WiredPRNews.com – Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has reportedly expressed intentions on promptly returning to court after having major surgery. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Ginsburg, who recently underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer plans to make it to the February 23 public session in a little over two weeks.
Ginsburg serves as the only woman on the Supreme Court. The 75 year old is the second woman ever to be seated, in addition to Sandra Day O’Connor. She has been a member of the Supreme Court for 15 years.
Justice Ginsburg was also treated for colon cancer in 1999, and after the surgery reportedly did not miss any time on the bench as a result, despite receiving follow up chemotherapy and radiation treatments. She is currently recovering from her recent operation at a hospital in New York.
