The Eggs-cellent Truth -Cholesterol in eggs
Eggs aren’t a hazard to people’s health after all according to new research.
WiredPRNews.com – New research brings good news to egg lovers. As reported by Men’s Health, the cholesterol in eggs is not a cause for alarm after all. According to new research, limiting one’s egg intake does not have a significant impact on their cholesterol level as previous research indicates.
Scientists in the U.K. analyzed numerous studies pertaining to eggs and nutrition. The University of Surrey scientists reportedly found that eating eggs for most people does not pose a health risk, even eating larger amounts of the protein rich food, which prior research states can contribute to higher cholesterol and cardiovascular disease.
As noted in the report, people who may be concerned about their cholesterol intake should limit their consumption of saturated fats, and consider developing a proper fitness regimen to help keep cholesterol at normal healthy levels.
