The actress remarked that her fate with the show depends on the producer’s decision.Wired PR News – “Grey’s Anatomy” favorite Katherine Heigl remarked in a recent interview that she’s on board to remain with the top rated medical drama, but the decision is in the hands of show creators. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Heigl stated at a celebration of the 100th episode of the ABC program, “I was assuming that at one point and I got a lot of shrugged shoulders and shakes of the head, so I don’t know if that’s a yes or a no. No one will tell me and I don’t know how this is going to go… I don’t know if I live or die. I don’t know how Izzie fares.”Rumors have swirled regarding the actress’ purported intentions to leave the show to pursue more movie roles. Putting speculation to rest, Heigl is further quoted as stating of her ability to balance both areas, “I’m more than happy to make that compromise.
