The home of the late television producer will be put up for sale for $150 million.
Wired PR News – Aaron Spelling’s L.A. mansion is set to be placed on the market. As reported by the Associated Press, the widow of the late television producer is putting his home, “The Manor” up for sale for $150 million.
The 56,000 square foot home is located in the exclusive Holmby Hills section of Los Angeles, California. As noted by the AP, the mansion is Los Angeles County’s largest home, and is in close proximity to the notorious Playboy Mansion.
Sally Forster Jones, a Coldwell Banker Previews International agent, is quoted as stating of the property co-listed by the firm, “Everything there is glamorous, and is luxurious and it’s really great scale… There really is nothing to compare it to.”
Aaron Spelling passed away in 2006. Throughout his career, he produced several hit television programs including “Charlie’s Angels” and “Beverly Hills 90210.”
