NORWALK, CT (WiredPRNews.com)– After a successful 20-year run as the first publication serving the information needs of special event and meeting planners, Agenda Magazine is relaunching as Best Events Magazine. The debut issue of Best Events Magazine is set for June in three of Agenda’s regional markets - New York, Chicago, and California.Best Events Magazine will serve event professionals in six U.S. markets - New York, Chicago, Boston, Washington, DC, and Northern and Southern California - with publications, directories, and expositions. Agenda, along with parent company Red 7 Media here, was cited by the New York Metro Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES) in 2008 as one of 20 companies that has significantly contributed to the advancement of New York City’s event and hospitality industry over the past two decades.

The new Best Events Magazine: Celebrating Special Events & Meetings will broaden its coverage of the special events business with a new focus on the planners who are creating business-building events, including meetings, celebrations, fundraisers, and other face-to-face gatherings. Best Events Magazine will cover the best planners, best events, best venues, best chefs, and best creative event ideas and resources in each market. A new feature of Best Events Magazine will be a combination of local and national content for each market, providing planners with useful information and resources in their local markets, along with coverage of insights and issues of importance to all event professionals.

Best Events Magazine’s unique strength is its affiliation with three other event magazines and resources produced by parent company Red 7 Media, which is the world’s largest producer of content and community for the event industry.

Each issue will deliver action-packed content and a variety of features tethered to planning, budgeting, execution, food and beverage planning, production and more. The magazine will also launch the first-ever Best Events Awards competition delivering recognition across the special event and meetings industry.
