Brother of Larry Flynt Files Lawsuit Against Him
The publishing tycoon is being sued by his brother.
Wired PR News – Porn publisher Larry Flynt is being sued by his brother. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the publishing tycoon’s brother is accusing him of attempting to force him out of the family business.
As noted by the AP, Flynt’s brother, Jimmy Flynt, is the operator of a retail store for Flynt’s Hustler empire. Jimmy is alleging that he is currently facing eviction by his brother for being behind in rent, and the move is in retaliation for refusing to provide Larry Flynt Productions with a loan. Jimmy is further purportedly asserting that his brother is trying to use the issue to benefit him in a separate lawsuit involving alleged trademark infringement.
As further stated in the AP report, Jimmy Flynt has requested in his suit that the eviction be stopped.
