Obamas Share Night Out Together
The President and First Lady enjoy a dinner and play in NYC.
Wired PR News – The Obamas were able to share a night out together during their first trip to the Big Apple, since Obama took office. As reported by Us Magazine, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama took in a Broadway show and had dinner in New York City over the weekend.
As noted by US Magazine, the president was said to have made a promise to his wife that he would take her to see a play on Broadway following the election. The two reportedly enjoyed dinner at Bluehill Restaurant in West Village, and saw the show “Joe Turner’s Come and Gone” during their visit.
Eva Fleischer who ate at the restaurant while the Obamas were there, is quoted in the report as stating of the evening, “It was very exciting because we didn’t expect to see him here. It was really neat.”
