Michael Jackson Dies After Heart Attack
The pop icon passed away after being rushed to an L.A. hospital.
Wired PR News – Michael Jackson has reportedly died after being rushed to a Los Angeles hospital. As reported by Reuters, the proclaimed King of Pop was taken to the UCLA Medical Center after suffering a heart attack.
TMZ is quoted as stating in the report, “We’ve just learned Michael Jackson has died…Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon and paramedics were unable to revive him. We’re told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.”
As noted in the report, Jackson was reportedly making preparations for several concerts in London that were set to begin July 13 and run through March 2010. Tickets for the 50 concerts sold out hours after being made available for sale in March.
Michael Jackson was 50 years old.
