Nampa, ID; (WiredPRNews.com Press Release ) — July 21, 2009: Technology Alignment, Inc., a global provider of world class solutions, announced the release of version 2.0 of the VoIPTelCaster PBX. Hosting providers may now use the new release to host multiple companies on a single PBX ranging from the VTC 50 to the VTC 1000. The new version sports a new interface using a tabbing system to make provisioning easier along with maintenance.
“Companies may now host a PBX or Virtual Office solution easily using VoIPTelCaster.” stated Dianne E. Ursini, Technology Alignment, Inc. CEO. “The system allows companies to host the PBX without the need to use extensive billing systems and provides the flexibility for our partners to keep existing customers.”
Virtual offices, may now give companies leasing space the ability provide different call attendants to companies leasing virtual office space without the need to provide it’s own telephone system. VoIPTelCaster’s unique application also provides a high degree of flexibility on inbound call delivery as well as control of the day/night mode from the receptionist. Calls may be answered by a receptionist or routed through multiple call attendants. A receptionist is able to answer all of the calls with a company specific greeting with the option to transfer the call, take a message or send a call to voice mail; whichever is preferred by a virtual office tenant.
Users on the VoIPTelCaster Hosted PBX place a call through an IP phone that is connected to the VoIPTelCaster multi-carrier, private IP network. Telephone conversations are broken down into data packets and sent out over the private IP network, rather than through traditional analog telephone lines. A VoIPTelCaster hosted PBX eliminates the need to purchase and maintain expensive on-site PBX equipment by routing voice traffic through the partner’s and hosted company’s network. VoIPTelCaster hosted PBX solutions can also reduce the number of connections and eliminate long distance charges between locations for companies hosting that have multiple locations. The PBX also provides users with a large variety of productivity-enhancing features such as remote office, e-mail delivery of voice messages, find-me/follow-me, and extension dialing between locations.
Four Technology Alignment partners are ready to host the VoIPTelCaster PBX solution and are listed on the VoIPTelCaster website. Some hosting providers also provide Microsoft Exchange hosted solutions for customers. You can find a PBX hosting partner at http://www.voiptelcaster.com under the hosting tab.
