Abdul Idol Return Uncertain
Reports suggest that the talent show judge will not likely return to the popular program for another season.
Press Release Service – Wired PR News – American Idol judge Paula Abdul will reportedly not likely return for another season of “American Idol.” As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Abdul’s manager David Sonenberg is stated in a Los Angeles Times report to remark that she had yet to negotiate a new contract for the show’s ninth season. Sonenberg, who’s noted in the report to have represented Abdul for a few weeks, also reportedly stated it seemed that she would not be back on the show.
As noted by the AP, despite the statements by her manager, Abdul is stated to have recently expressed optimism about remaining a judge for the talent competition. A.I. auditions for the upcoming season are set to begin next month. Abdul is one of four judges on the program.
