Palin Criticizes Obama Health Plan on Facebook
The former Alaska governor posted negative comments about the president’s health care plan online.
Press Release Service – Wired PR News – Sarah Palin recently spoke negatively about President Barack Obama’s health care plan online, referring to it as “evil.” As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the former Governor of Alaska commented about the plan via Facebook on Friday.
Palin is quoted by the AP as reportedly stating in the posting, “The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care… Such a system is downright evil.”
As noted in the report, several Republican leaders have made claims that the bills proposed by Democrats encourage euthanasia, which some nonpartisan groups have stated is untrue.
