The Association of Professional Business Writers announces the creation of its Freelance Business Writers “Educational Scholarship Fund”

Rockville, Maryland (WiredPRNews.com) — September 14, 2009: Greg Baughman, Director of the Association of Professional Business Writers stated in a personal interview today that the Association of Professional Business Writers is looking for donations to fund its Freelance Business Writers “Educational Scholarship Fund”.

The mission of The Association of Professional Business Writers is to foster business writing talent and achievement, to advance the art of business writing as it is essential to the Profession. Mr. Baughman stated, “We opt to do this through the creation professional standards and ethics essential to the field. More than any other literary organization, the Association of Professional Business Writers will help this industry based on promoting quality workmanship and standards. This, of course, is also a boost for the democratic virtues of fiscal recovery, and re-education through many public universities and training entities that support the Association of Professional Business Writers”.

Mr. Baughman further stated that “The Association of Professional Business Writers is helping to create new jobs and work for its members. It is our aim to establish the largest system of Business Writer Professionals that the U.S. will ever see. The Association of Professional Business Writers supports the development of educational programs, conferences, training, and thousands of jobs for established writers and those new to the field. Because of the state of the economy, many individuals that wish to enter into a curriculum of study at the Association can not afford to pay at this time. We are hoping that the philanthropic nature of organizations, corporations, foundations and other sources will come to their aid”.

Scholarships granted to students from the fund will be managed through an application and testing process.
