Katherine Heigl and Husband Adopt Baby
The couple has adopted a baby girl from Korea.
Press Release Service – Wired PR News – Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelly have adopted a baby girl from South Korea. As reported by TV Guide the Grey’s Anatomy star and musician recently debuted photos of their new child on Heigl’s fundraising web site for the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation.
Heigl is quoted by TV Guide as stating last week on The Ellen Degeneres Show of adopting 10 month old daughter Nancy Leigh, “She was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign… “[Adoption has] been a big part of my life and my family. My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the ’70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do.”
