Consumers seek more social online shopping
A new study shows consumers want more of a social experience when shopping online.
USA (WiredPRNews.com) – A new platform has enabled consumers to participate in more social activities while shopping online. As reported by WebProNews.com, Ripple6 has developed a social media platform to aid consumers in getting more of a social experience out of activities such as online shopping.
As noted in the report, using the platform, buyers can communicate with other buyers about their purchases, make recommendations, chat online, and other activities. A survey of web users revealed a need for such a platform exists among many users who value the social aspect of shopping offline.
Some lawyer marketing firms suggest that such a platform may also be beneficial for prospective clients of law firms who want a more social experience in their search for an attorney match.
