Tyler may take time off from Aerosmith
The singer’s band mate recently spoke about the future of the band.
New York (WiredPRNews.com) – Steven Tyler may take a break from the legendary band Aerosmith. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the band’s guitarist Joe Perry stated Wednesday that he believed Tyler wanted time off, leaving the band’s future unclear.
Perry is quoted by the AP as stating of the front man in an interview, “As it stands, Steven wants to take a couple years off and do some of whatever he wants to do and the rest of the band wants to keep working… The band is a really well-oiled machine and we’re going to work one way or another and I don’t know what form that’s going to take.”
As noted in the report, Tyler announced to a New York audience the previous night that he was not leaving the band as some previously speculated.
