Martha Stewart recently criticized fellow television host Rachel Ray in an interview.

The business magnate attacks her fellow television cooking show host’s culinary skills.

New York (WiredPRNews.com) – Home living business magnate Martha Stewart recently expressed not so kind words about one of her biggest television competitors. As reported by Us Magazine, Stewart discussed her views to ABC News’ Nightline about the skills of fellow cooking show host Rachel Ray.

Stewart is quoted by Us Magazine as stating of Ray in an interview airing on Thursday, “Well, to me, she professed that she could — cannot bake… She — just did a new cookbook which is just a re-edit of a lot of her old recipes. She — and that’s not good enough for me.”

Ray seemed to take the criticism well. She is further quoted in the report as stating of Stewart’s words, “Why would it make me mad?… Her skill set is far beyond mine. That’s simply the reality of it.” Ray further noted, “that doesn’t mean that what I do isn’t important too… I don’t consider it needling. I really just think she’s being honest. She does have a better skill set than I do when it comes to producing a beautiful, perfect, high-quality meal.”
