The unsolved murder of a North Texas woman will be featured on “America’s Most Wanted”
North Richland Hills, Texas (WiredPRNews.com) – The unsolved murder of a North Texas woman will be profiled on a popular true crime television program. As reported by CBS 11 News, the case of Marianne Wilkinson will be featured on “America’s Most Wanted” Saturday.
As noted in the report, police stated Wilkinson was shot multiple times in her home upon answering the door after the doorbell rang. The unidentified shooter has remained at large since the 2007 incident.
Lt. Billy Privett, with the North Richland Hills Police, is quoted by CBS 11 as stating of featuring the difficult case on the nationally aired program, “What we’re hoping is that somebody will see the ‘America’s Most Wanted’ and they’ll remember someone saying something or seeing something… That may be able to point us in the right direction we need to go to close this.”
