An arrest warrant has reportedly been issued for actor Randy Quaid and his wife for failing to show up in court.

Santa Barbara, California (WiredPRNews.com) – Warrants for the arrests of actor Randy Quaid and his wife have reportedly been issued after the two failed to show up in court on Tuesday. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the two were no-shows for a hearing regarding a felony fraud charge.

As noted by the AP, Randy and Evi Quaid were arrested following accusations that they fraudulently used an invalid credit card at the Monecito based San Ysidro Ranch, charging over $10,000. An attorney for the couple, Robert Sanger, reportedly previously stated that the bill has since been paid.

Randy Quaid, brother to actor Dennis Quaid, has starred in films such as National Lampoon’s Vacation, and Brokeback Mountain.
