Man charged with felony stalking of actress
A man has been charged with stalking actress Jennifer Garner and her family.
Los Angeles, CA (WiredPRNews.com) – A man has been charged with felony stalking in a case involving actress Jennifer Garner and her family. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), 37 year-old Steven Burky was arrested early this week while outside the school of Garner’s daughter with husband Ben Affleck. He was also charged with violating a protective order, granted to Garner in 2008.
As noted by the AP, Burky pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday, and a judge ordered him to be held on $300,000 bail.
Garner is best known for her former role in the television series “Alias.” Affleck has starred in films such as “Chasing Amy” and “He’s Just Not That Into You.” The couple married in 2005.
