NFL player Chris Henry had died after falling from the back of a truck.
Charlotte, N.C. (WiredPRNews.com) – NFL player Chris Henry has died after reportedly falling from the back of a truck during a domestic dispute with his fiancee. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Henry, a wide receiver for the Cincinnati Bengals, passed away Thursday after sustaining injuries in the vehicle accident.
Bengals owner Mike Brown is quoted by the AP as stating of the 26 year-old, “We knew him in a different way than his public persona… He had worked through the troubles in his life and had finally seemingly reached the point where everything was going to blossom. And he was going to have the future we all wanted for him. It’s painful to us. We feel it in our hearts, and we will miss him.”
