Father and son admit to torturing and killing man
A trucker and his son reportedly admitted to torturing and killing a man from Ohio.
Kansas City, Mo. (WiredPRNews.com) – A Missouri man and his son have reportedly admitting to torturing and killing an Ohio man. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), 38-year-old truck driver Chester Harvey Jr. and his son, 19-year-old Chad Michael Harvey, admitted to the acts after the body of 20 year-old James William Boyd McNeely was found in Chester Harvey’s basement.
As noted by the AP, prosecutors stated Wednesday in a court filing that they were seeking charges of first-degree murder against the two. Three others have also reportedly been charged with kidnapping in connection with the case.
As further noted in the report, additional charges have been brought against Chester Harvey for allegedly holding his wife and others hostage.
