Fort Worth school bus crash
A school bus crashed in Fort Worth on Monday, no serious injuries reported.
Fort Worth, Texas (WiredPRNews.com) – A school bus reportedly crashed in Fort Worth on Monday, with no one being seriously injured. As reported by WFAA-TV, the driver of the vehicle was stated by police to have been distracted before the crash.
Fort Worth Fire Department spokesman Lt. Alan Lake is quoted in the report as stating of the accident, “I made contact with the driver, and they told me no one was hurt… All the kids were restrained, and there was at least one in a wheelchair.”
Fort Worth police spokesman Sgt. Pedro Criado us further quoted in the report as stating, “The driver was distracted somehow or another inside the vehicle, veered off of the roadway into the ditch … and ultimately struck a tree.”
