Dallas CEO travels to Haiti

The CEO of a technology equipment repair company has traveled to Haiti to assess the organizational needs of a local hospital.
Dallas, Texas (WiredPRNews.com) – A Dallas area CEO has traveled to the disaster stricken Haiti to help assess its organizational needs. As reported by the Dallas Morning News, Mike Roberts, who owns Source Direct, traveled to the country to help in relief efforts, including assessing the organizational needs of Haitian Community hospital.
David Roderick, a Philadelphia paramedic who currently acts as director of the hospital is quoted in the report as stating of Roberts’ work, “It was a wild scene around here before Mike showed up… He just stood there in the middle of the maddening fray and imposed his will on it.”
Roberts, who plans on adopting a child from Haiti, is further quoted as stating of his experience in the country, “This place has touched my heart, I’ll tell you that… I’ve been humbled and I’ve witnessed a lot of love here.”
