MySpace Music ads audible
The social networking site is experimenting with audible advertisements.
Los Angeles (WiredPRNews.com) – MySpace Music is reportedly experimenting with a different kind of advertisement for users. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the social networking site has began displaying audio advertisements for companies such of Office Depot when users listen to music for free on the site.
MySpace Music is quoted by the AP as releasing the statement regarding the advertisements, “We’re testing some new ad products and the response from our users has been positive… As always, we are interested in hearing feedback from our users and advertising community as we run these tests.”
As noted in the report former Facebook executive Owen Van Natta, is currently renovating the site’s features to help facilitate market share growth, after the loss of market share for MySpace to competitors like Facebook.
