‘Undercover Boss’ is a reality program that showcases upper level company executives performing the tasks of their lower level employees under the guise of someone else. Vice President of Texas Wings/Hooters Mike Herrick is quoted in the report as stating of being on the program, “It’s exciting… I’d be lying to you if I said I wasn’t nervous.”
Hooters Girl Amanda Madsen is further quoted in the report as stating, “Here we thought he was some random guy for a day in the life and he ends up being CEO of our company.”
