Dallas accident survivor grateful for rescue
A woman who survived a fiery freeway crash shows gratitude to those involved in her rescue.
Dallas, Texas (WiredPRNews.com) – The driver of a fiery crash on the LBJ Freeway in Dallas expressed gratitude to those involved in her rescue. As reported by the Dallas Morning News, Vickie Roberson, 39, survived a collision with an 18-wheeler this week, which caused her vehicle to rollover and become engulfed in flames.
Roberson is quoted in the report as stating of the accident, “It was just so out of control… I was just going through a whole lot of emotions, because I knew my leg was stuck.”
Roberson is further quoted as stating of the drivers passing by during the incident who stopped to helped her, “I felt it was very courageous… Seeing people coming to help me - it was heartwarming.”
