Canada addiction rehabilitation center Chatsworth Pavilion discusses the offerings of its unique program in a new online video.
March 20, 2010 – With the numerous addiction rehabilitation programs available today, many people in need of help with overcoming an addiction find it difficult to determine which program offering is best suited for their individual needs. In a new video available to the public online, Canada based addiction rehab center Chatsworth Pavilion discusses the benefits of their unique model for individuals in need of a treatment program.
Falling in Love with Being Well
Chatsworth has made a video about the benefits of the center’s program which is available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIx5vDn28eE. In it Chatsworth CEO Richard Hofman states of the 22 day program duration, which accommodates corporate professionals and others in need of more in depth shorter length treatment, it “allows us to really make sure that that peer group connection, that therapeutic alliance…is really enhanced at a level that the revolving door can’t do.”
Steve Wells, a counselor at the center, states of the 22 day stay, “22 days may seem like a short time for a program but at the end of the day it all depends on the intensity and the actual productivity that’s involved in the design.”
Hofman further notes of the goal of their process, “most human beings want to be well. When they recognize that Chatsworth is truly fundamentally a program about falling in love with being well, we are successful in turning them around.”
About Chatsworth Pavilion
Chatsworth Pavilion offers a unique model for people in their program. Gina Hofman, Chatsworth Clinical Director states of the program design, “our admissions process is unique in the field of addictions because we have a closed group, which means that all of the clients come within 3 or 4 days of each other, and the program admissions process closes, and everybody then moves forward together.”
