CHICAGO, IL (WiredPRNews.com) April 21, 2010 – Chicago nightlife is hotly anticipating the return of techno trance DJ John De La Mora, scheduled to perform a live DJ set on Saturday, April 24th at Vision Nightclub in Chicago’s hot River North neighborhood – the heart of the city’s entertainment district and club scene.
John is scheduled to perform in the Vision Main Room of the historic Excalibur building. The night will be a celebration of high energy euphoric trance music, with the Egyptian duo Aly & Fila headlining on center stage later that evening. Also spinning that night will be RJ Pickens, Mark Roy and Eric Cosgrove.
Techno Trance DJ John De La Mora last graced the decks at Vision Nightclub only one month ago as part of the Transgressive Vibes Penthouse Party. He delivered an energetic performance and set to close the night, causing some to describe John as Chicago’s answer to Hurricane Katrina. In February of this year, John dropped a blistering and massive 4-hour techno trance set at the underground venue Inside Club in Sofia, Bulgaria. Chicago nightlife can expect much of the same energy and euphoria at Vision Nightclub this Saturday.
Says John, “Last year I was mixing and presenting the Trance Nation Radio Show for Supraton Entertainment in Hamburg. I felt the need to spread my wings again and fly high. I ended that partnership and created the Techno Trance Radio Show, which continues to air weekly on 70+ stations around the world.”
He continued, “At Vision Nightclub on Saturday, April 24th I’ll be on before Aly & Fila and therefore plan to present a mix of my favorite and progressive house and deep trance music productions at the moment, along with a classic or two which remain dear to me. The bottom line is this: Chicago is my hometown. Vision Nightclub is presenting a fabulous event with Aly & Fila flying in from Egypt. I am glad to be part of it, and I will be giving it my all.”
