New York (WiredPRNews.com) – Facebook is reportedly broadening its reach online. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the popular social networking site is implementing new tools that will allow users to view customized forms of websites on other parts of the web.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is quoted by the AP as stating of planned changes at a recent conference in San Francisco, “The Web is at a really important turning point now… Most things aren’t social and they don’t use your real identity. This is really starting to change.”
Zukerberg is further quoted as stating of the possible impact the move may have on the online experience of users, “There is an old saying that says when you go to heaven, all of your friends are there and everything is just the way you want it to be… So together let’s make a world that’s that good.”
