As reported by the Dallas Morning News, Michael Lewis Buchanan may be charged with intoxication assault following Friday’s accident, which resulted in the injury of one woman.
Buchanan reportedly ran a stop sign and into the bedroom of the home, which resulted in a man and woman being knocked out of bed. The woman was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. The man was reportedly not injured. Buchanan, who was taken to a hospital for blood-alcohol testing, is under restricted duty while investigations into the incident continue.
