03/24/2014 (press release: fit4040) // Irving, TX, USA // Angie Ells
Fit4040 – an Irving Texas fitness studio offering Zumba, yoga, Pilates and PIYO – announced today that it is offering its clients a structured 30 day challenge to help keep them motivated toward their fitness goals for 2104. The challenge is designed to help keep women in the Irving, Las Colinas and Coppell areas motivated now that the typical “New Year’s resolution” motivational period is finished.
Angie Ells, owner of Fit4040 said, “I love helping women reach their fitness goals and transform their lives. With so many demands on their time, women in the area often lose their motivation to reach their goals set at the beginning of the year. That is why Fit4040 is offering a continuing motivation challenge. If clients can keep on their structured path for 30 days then they likely will have made quality fitness a habit in their daily lives.”
Ells continued, “Another main reason for not continuing with a fitness routine is injury. With so many minor injuries happening to women who participate in the more ‘explosive’ types of fitness choices, many have stopped exercising altogether. The combination of yoga, Pilates, Zumba and other methods taught at Fit4040 are gentler to a woman’s body and increase the odds of staying healthy while increasing fitness levels.”
The studio also announced a “triple threat interval class” on Sundays at 9:30 am. Interested parties may contact Ells through the website or phone number listed. Media inquiries may reach Fit4040 by the same manner.
