Oklahoman, (WiredPRNews.com) — Oklahoman Carter Hargrave holds black belt rankings in seven martial arts styles. Hargrave recently received official certification that both of his black belt rankings in Kung Fu and Ju Jitsu were being upgraded to eighth degree Grandmaster status.
