Bon Jovi’s new album titled “The Cirlce” scheduled to be released on November 17th, 2009, has legally been made available this morning for mp3 download exclusively via TunesPro.com
According to Jake Davis, managing director of public relations for TunesPro.com, the site is licensed to sell only 25,000 copies of Bon Jovi’s album . “Due to licensing restrictions, we are only authorized to sell 25,000 copies” confirmed Davis in a recent press interview – while adding with a grin “First come – First Served”.
TunesPro.com has become increasingly popular for its unusually low prices – selling individual songs for 19 cents while full-albums average around $2. The niche of the mp3 website is focused on selling limited “non-released” music.
The music delivered via the website does not contain any DRM (Digital Rights Management) restrictions which means the music can immediately be burned to CD and/or played back via iPhones, iPods, Computers, Webservers, etc. The TunesPro.com catalog includes over 6 million songs and growing daily. This week the site also pre-released 15k copies of Robbie Williams new album titled “Reality Killed the Video Star” and Carrie Underwood’s new album “Carry On”, both scheduled to be released in retail stores and on competing music sites during the third week of November.
Fans who miss the opportunity to purchase the full albums for $2 can pre-order the deluxe album via Amazon for £12.98 or $21 USD.
