The former reality show star is reportedly planning to sue his ex-wife for primary custody of their eight children.
Allentown, Pennsylvania (WiredPRNews.com) – Former reality show couple John and Kate Gosselin may be heading to court over custody of their eight children. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Jon Gosselin is planning to seek primary custody of the children, claiming his ex-wife’s appearances on “Dancing with the Stars” have impacted her parenting practices.
Jon Gosselin’s attorney, Anthony List, is quoted by the AP as stating of Kate, “Without a doubt, she’s an absentee parent.”
Kate Gosselin’s attorney Mark Momjian, is further quoted in the report as stating in response to the allegations, “It’s deplorable to make a comment like that… I know Kate Gosselin is all about her children, and she’s always been about her children. Let him file what he says he’s going to file and we’ll respond accordingly.”
