Leading fire and flood restoration brand Chem-Dry UK, has recently made two key appointments to strengthen their insurer client facing operations. With over 30 year’s combined experience of the restoration( including water restoration services) and insurance markets, Elaine Jackson and Mike Burrows join Chem-Dry’s Client Development Team assuming National Client Managers roles.
These two key appointments follow Chem-Dry’s Centre of Excellence training centre being awarded the prestigious BDMA licenced training status.
With 15 years experience working for leading UK insurers and claims management specialists, Elaine’s extensive knowledge and industry insights of both the insurance and financial service markets will further enhance Chem-Dry’s Client Development operations. Her previous background in key account management and development roles will prove critical to strengthening existing client relationships with leading insurer clients.
Mike will assume the responsibility for national business development, predominantly focusing on attracting new insurance business. His previous 18 year’s restoration background and experience, involvement with the British Damage Management Association and existing relationships with insurance clients, loss adjusters and insurance brokers, will benefit Chem-Dry greatly.
