Lindsay Lohan court date set for Monday

The actress is expected to appear in court on Monday.
Los Angeles (WiredPRNews.com) – Lindsay Lohan is expected to appear in court Monday. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), the actress is set to appear after failing to show up to a mandatory hearing Thursday.
As noted in the report, a warrant was previously issued for Lohan’s arrest due to the missed court appearance; however, it was recalled after she posted bail. Lohan has reportedly been on probation after being arrested twice in 2007, on charges she pleaded guilty and no contest for.
Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel is quoted by the AP as stating of Lohan being absent at Thursday’s hearing, “If she wanted to be here, it looks to the court that she could have been here.” A formal hearing is expected for determination of whether the actress has violated her probation terms.
