Los Angeles – The latest program in the popular “Law & Order” series is set to debut in the fall. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), veteran actor, known for his work in film and on Broadway, Alfred Molina, has joined the cast of “Law & Order: Los Angeles,” which will premiere on NBC, and air Wednesdays at 10 p.m. Eastern time.
Dick Wolf, creator and executive producer of the series, is quoted by the AP as saying of Molina as a new cast member in a recent statement, “I am thrilled that Fred is `LOLA’s’ deputy D.A.”
As noted in the report, the original “Law & Order” ended after 20 years last season. “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” also currently airs on NBC.
