San Francisco, CA – MySpace is now allowing users to share updates with their Facebook friends. As reported by AFP, the social networking site has introduced a function that allows users to synchronize updates with the popular social network.
MySpace is quoted by AFP as stating of the function, “This new sync functionality is part of an ongoing effort to make it simple for people to share their updates beyond MySpace and allow fans and friends to interact with that content across the Web.”
As noted in the report, the new feature will also allow users to share music, video, and other content with other Facebook users, which the site suggests could be of benefit to those seeking to share their creative talents. MySpace is further quoted as stating in the release, “This is particularly exciting for the millions of musicians on MySpace who can now use this tool as a complement to their MySpace Music presence and share their vast library of content.”
