Los Angeles – Jesse Eisenberg, who stars in the box office hit “The Social Network,” says he doesn’t use the popular social networking site Facebook. As reported by the Associated Press (AP), Eisenberg recently stated that he temporarily used the site to understand the phenomenon created by Mark Zuckerberg, whom he portrayed in the film, but is not a regular user of the technology.
Eisenberg is quoted by the AP as stating to the Associated Press in Rome, “I never use Facebook…I used it for about 2 weeks while we were rehearsing for this movie to understand what my character had built.”
Eisenberg is further quoted as stating of his main focus when preparing to play the role of Zuckerberg, “I decided to just learn the coding phonetically…And I really focused on the emotional inner life of this character who is very unique.”
