Nashville, TN – (WiredPRNews.com) Recently SmokePower.com released a press release stating that Electronic Cigarette companies utilize diethylene glycol, an ingredient in antifreeze as a medium for liquid nicotine. This was a submission error and needed to be addressed. Here is the paragraph.
(So which electronic cigarettes are safest, and most satisfactory to smokers? (Many e cigarettes utilize diethylene glycol, an ingredient in antifreeze as a medium for liquid nicotine.) This is for no better reason than cost however SmokePower.com features e-cigarettes that use propylene glycol instead. Propylene glycol is considered very safe for use in humans. It is commonly contained in cosmetics, foods and pharmaceuticals. It is even considered safe to inject and is used as a carrier medium for many injections. This fact alone makes SmokePower.com products much preferable to other off-brand substitutes.)
This information was submitted in Error and SmokePower.com wants to absolutely clear about the above paragraph. Electronic Cigarette companies do not use DIETHYLENE GLYCOL as a medium for liquid nicotine.
This again confirms that SmokePower.com and Smoke Power Inc absolutely is clear that electronic cigarette companies do not use this ingredient DIETHYLENE GLYCOL in any way shape or form. Nor is this ingredient use as a medium for nicotine liquid. This was a typo by the writer hired by Smoke Power Inc which has been fired and will no longer submit PR for the company.
The original press release has been updated and can be seen at this link. /2010/11/17/updated-finding-the-right-electronic-cigarette_2010111715135.html
