About The Authors
Barbara Ellis has been studying yoga her entire adult life. She has a PhD in Psychology and is involved in the science of aging, health and beauty. Co-author Lisa Cito is a certified yoga teacher who studied yoga at Chopra Center University under the world renown Deepak Chopra. Lisa’s interest in imagery and hypnosis, ayurvedic therapy, flower essences, aroma therapy, physiology and anatomy has lead her to create her own version of relaxation techniques for Oxygen Yoga.
