Stock Transfer Agreements Surge as Yahoo’s New Plug-In Dazzles

05/24/2012 (press release: McClain Concepts) // Mission Viejo, CA, US // EasyAgreements.com

EasyAgreements.com, an online business form website is announcing its optimism about Yahoo’s innovative new web browser, which the company has dubbed Axis. The website which carries thousands of legal form downloads is hoping the technology will spark an interest in its Stock Transfer Agreements Form, speculating the popularity of the app/browser/plug in with be a boost to the struggling search engine. Yahoo has seen a drop in interest following the surge in usage of Google and Facebook which culminated in the firing of the Yahoo CEO following a resume scandal.

Facebook’s recent IPO woes are just the latest in a number of negative press for the tech industry. Their Stock Transfer agreement procedures are falling under close scrutiny in the wake of several lawsuits by investment companies. Following a recent embarrassing snafu with Yahoo’s own CEO worries being a high-profile disaster, Yahoo needs a major homerun with this release, but many are optimistic, touting the sleeping giant’s innovative approach as a major competitor if they can get customers back from their competitors. At one point, Yahoo was the premiere internet search engine. Today, most users simply use the website for email and or fantasy sports.

Yahoo has grown stagnant in the past few years, hampered by scandals and inactivity while trying to perform damage control in an adequate fashion. But many are hopeful that this could be the nudge that Yahoo needs to once again become a major player, getting their stock transfer agreements circulating once again. With this revolutionary new approach, Google and Bing are both going to struggle to catch up as Yahoo takes advantage of this untapped method of search technology. It is one of the many changes brought on by the internet revolution where one homerun idea may be able to completely rescue a beleaguered company.

“This new browser joins the ranks of Google and Bing in terms of revolutionary search, but this is a different beast. Axis is an HTML-5 based browser that is also a widget. Unlike other offerings, though, Axis shows its search results in the form of images rather than links. We have seen time and time again that people tend to be visually oriented and given the growth in smartphone and Iphone usage, this looks like a potential slam dunk. Given the low price of Yahoo Stock, we anticipate a run on our Stock Transfer Agreement forms in response. This technology is that good and may revolutionize the browsing experience as we know it,” said one EasyAgreement Employee.
