AC Commercial, an Orlando based property management company with a focus on managing self storage facilities, recently added an RV resort management contract to its portfolio in Central Florida. The company will be managing the Floridian RV Resort in Saint Cloud, Florida. Floridian RV Resort is a 650 space RV and 130 space mobile home park community that was established in the seventies and has been attracting a customer mix of winter birds and semi permanent residents ever since.
AC Commercial has been growing its self-storage and retail commercial property management arms in Florida and has been looking to expand its management services to RV Resorts.

In February of 2012, AC Commercial added another local self-storage property management contract to its portfolio of ten self storage properties. AC Commercial is expecting to sign two more mobile home park management contracts by July of this year.
