The latest data marks the sixth time that Jim Johnson Hyundai has ranked No. 1 in quarterly service customer satisfaction in its district, which includes more than a dozen Hyundai dealerships.
Awarded to Jim Johnson Hyundai for “meeting and exceeding customer expectations,” Hyundai’s distinction for customer service is given to the district dealership that performs the best in the Hyundai Service Index (HSI). Derived from surveys of customers who recently had their Hyundai serviced, the HSI allows dealerships to identify trends, run reports and analyze cumulative customer service scores across its business or down to individual employees.
